What is required of Drivers & Vehicles?
*A valid Driver’s License.
*Valid vehicle insurance.
*A signed event liability waiver (we provide).
*Vehicle to be in good running condition.
*Safe and Cautious driving (any reckless behavior will get you removed from the event with no refund and also banned from future events).
Day 1: Road Rally to Bowling Green, KY
Launching from Two Guys Window Tinting in Brownsburg, IN on Friday August 15th beginning at 10am, we will do a Road Rally southward to Bowling Green, Kentucky (where the National Corvette Museum is located). After checking in to our hotels, we will then gather at the NCM Motorsports Park for Go-Karting and a catered dinner buffet trackside!
*Go-Karting is available to all, cost to be covered by participant.
Hotel discount options are provided to all Full Access Pass customers, and will be given to you after your ticket purchase.
Joining us along our route through Louisville will be our Kentucky friends, RCR RiverCity Rippers! We are excited to have them back joining us for this event!
Day 2: Open Road Course Day @NCM
To participate in the road course driving, you MUST reserve a spot by purchasing either the Full Access Pass or the Hot Pass! There are only 60 driver spots available for this track day.
All drivers must attend the provided Safety Class first thing in the morning before beginning our driving sessions for the day (which will be broken up into skill levels: Beginners 1, Beginners 2, Intermediate, Advanced, decided on by our Driving Instructors) that are each 20 minute sessions in length. You will receive several sessions throughout the day. The course will be open from 8:30am-5:30pm, with a lunch break shutdown from Noon-1pm.
Our event is for CARS AND TRUCKS ONLY. There are NO exceptions to any of these requirements below, so please plan accordingly. Track-specific INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS CLICK HERE
Personal Safety Requirements:
—>SA2015 or newer Helmet (you may also rent one from NCM for $25)
—>Long Pants
—>Closed Toe Shoes
—>T-shirt or Long Sleeved Shirt
—>Must sign waivers upon entry to NCM Motorsports Park
—>Windows must be rolled down during time on the track
—>NO Passengers, unless it’s an instructor or our IHR Photographer
Vehicle Requirements:
—>Must have a muffler
—>Must be an insured vehicle+driver
—>All body panels intact
—>No broken glass
—>No leaking fluids
—>Max decibel level of 103dB at 50 feet (click HERE to purchase a decibel meter if you’re needing one)
—>To drive on the closed road course: remove all loose items, including rear-view mirror dangles, floor mats, trunk items, floorboard items, items in your seat, items in dash, etc.
—>No exterior-mounted cameras; only interior mounted cameras permitted.
The course will be open from 8:30am-5:30pm, with a lunch break shutdown from Noon-1pm.

GARAGE RENTALS at the Track
—>Full Day Garage Access on Trackside for August 17th 7am-6pm
—>Your own overhead garage door
—>Shared space internally between the bays
—>Single-bay cost is $100+tax and must be purchased through HERE
—>Double-bay cost is $130+tax and must be purchased through HERE
—>Only 18 bays available, so don’t wait to book!
—>NO filled fuel cans allowed in or near the Garages
—>You may bring your own tools/equipment for your garage
For anyone needing E85 fuel, you can pre-order from Ignite and IHR will haul it down for you!
Day 3: Road Rally to Indy
The IHR Team will be visiting the National Corvette Museum from 10am-1pm, with lunch at the Stingray Cafe beginning at 12pm, and we’d love for our customers to join us! There’s so much to see at this museum, including the aftermath of the infamous sink hole!
After this we will do a driver’s meeting before we head out for our weekend’s final drive! This will be around a 4hr rally that will be a leisurely drive back to Indy as a group.
Once we get to Indy (I-465) the rally will end and everyone shall disperse to their own destinations.
